Project management for the general restoration of the former convent of San Francescu d'Orezza The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The study carried out on the convent highlights serious structural disorders requiring interventions adapted to its heritage value. The analysis of the remains, based on precise surveys, field observations and historical research, makes it possible to understand the architectural evolution of the site and the causes of its ruin. -- A four-step intervention strategy, developed by the architects of Studio Pia and the BMI design office, is proposed to gradually ensure security while optimizing costs.
