Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The study carried out on the convent highlights serious structural disorders requiring interventions adapted to its heritage value. Analysis of the remains, based on surveys precise, field observations and historical research, allows us to understand the architectural evolution of the site and the causes of its ruin. -- An intervention strategy in four stages, developed by the architects of Studio Pia and the office of BMI studies, is proposed to gradually ensure security while optimizing costs. Step 1: Immediate emergency - Installation of an electronic surveillance system - Prohibition of access (including for animals) Step 2: Temporary security - 2a: simple interventions - 2b: complex interventions Step 3: Final consolidation of the ruins -- Beyond this security, the study proposes an architectural project of valorization: Step 4: Development of the site - Immersive journey between stabilized ruins; - Free access to the church, the oratory and the bell tower; - Restricted access to the cloister and the convent wing
