The client wants optimal support in the field of project management for the expansion of the Merlet College. We work within a project team in which the designing parties work side by side. The Project Manager is responsible for this managing the processes. The school and the OMO Housing Project Manager also sit on the project team. This makes project management well able to direct and monitor the processes. Above this project team is a steering committee formed in which the school board and the school are also represented.
