The consultation concerns project management services for the development of a Medical-Social Center (PMS) in BRIGNOLES. The building which the department is purchasing in Sale in Future State of Completion (VEFA) houses tertiary premises in a mixed operation including premises ofactivities and accommodation. The successful bidder will be responsible for fitting out 4 levels of empty platforms, i.e. 3106 m2. Funding for the service is provided by the departmental budget. As part of the services covered by this contract, the holder is required to respect and apply theregulations and standards in force. The part of the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work is 3, 900, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax as of November 2023.
The contract has an estimated value of 356, 276.00 euro(s) excluding tax as of December 2023.
The market is awarded according to a procedure withnegotiation in accordance with article L. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with article R. 2124-3 3 of the same code, the design services which constitute a significant part of this contract justify the use of this procedure.
