PROJECT MANAGEMENT DELEGATION MANDATE FOR THE RESTRUCTURING OPERATION OF THE EHPAD JULIE SIEGFRIED, TRANSFORMATION OF THE TISSERAND RESIDENCE INTO ALZHEIMER HOUSE AND RENOVATION OF THE TISSERAND PAVILION The project management delegation concerns a work project for the restructuring of existing buildings so that they are more suitable for welcoming dependent elderly people and their families. The operation will be carried out as part of a process of humanizing the establishment. Legal nature of the mandate: the mandate concerns the missions: • Studies and preparation, • Handover contracts for the appointment of the project manager, studies, works, relating to possible insurance contracts, technical controls and any other service necessary for the operation, • Administrative and financial management, • Monitoring the execution of works, • Reception and post-reception, The duration of the principal begins upon notification of the project management delegation mandate contract and ends upon delivery of the certificate of end of mandate issued by the Social Action Center of the City of Paris.
