The purpose of this contract is a project management mission for the work to create a parking lot along the rue du Xème Corps Americain in Metz. The contract is awarded according to a procedure with negotiation which takes place in 2 stages: - step 1 - Application phase: market notice and selection of candidates admitted to submit an offer, - step 2 - Offer phase: sending of the invitation to submit an offer and the consultation file, examination and classification of initial offers, negotiations in one or more phases, examination and ranking of final offers and choice of holder. The candidate must demonstrate skills in the following areas: - Architecture, - Construction economics, - Public works and civil engineering, - Design and construction engineering, - Networks. The cost of the work is set at 3, 500, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax or 4, 200, 000.00 euro(s) including tax. The selection criteria for applications are specified in the consultation regulations for the application phase.
