Tender Details

The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the specifications. Services are paid by fixed prices. The DISP of Lyon wishes to entrust the design office with a project management mission for video replacement work surveillance at the Bonneville Prison. The objective of this operation is to strengthen the security of the establishment and to comply with the 8000 program as well as the requirements of the security and detention department (DSD), the department of information systems (DSI) and the interregional defense and security unit (CIDS). The scope of the operation concerns the entire establishment. The entire video surveillance system must be redundant (see High-end Architecture availability in a closed environment), recorded, centralized, and viewed in a crisis room. The PCI station where all the images will be viewed must, if necessary, be the subject of an ergonomic study
