Tender Details

The Prayssac EHPAD was the subject of an extension and restructuring operation a few years ago, with a works consultation launched in March 2022. During this operation, the work relating to the repair of certain roofs of establishment have not been carried out. These roofing works are now back on the agenda, due to several non-compliances making this work necessary. The financial envelope allocated to the work is estimated at 700, 000 euros excluding tax. There The purpose of this consultation is to contract the MOE contract linked to the carrying out of this work, for the design phase and monitoring of completion. The objectives of the operation are planned and specified in the consultation documents.
