Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to call for competition between designers with a view to recruiting a project manager for the renovation and extension of the 3 Vallées complex in Coulaines. The procedure applied to this contract is of a formalized type subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-1 to L. 2124-4 of the Public Procurement Code. There are no plans to break it down into sections. However, in order to maintain activities on the site, the project management mission is broken down into two temporal phases : Phase 1: Complete studies on the entire project and extension work for the padel room and rehabilitation of the locker rooms Phase 2: Complete renovation work on the club house Delivery of the work is planned for the end of 2028
