Tender Details

The contract consists of project management for the extension of the Pres cemetery. This market, in the form of a framework agreement, aims to be supported in the project to extend the Prés cemetery in the commune of Clichy-sous-Bois in the phase preliminary project until assistance with reception operations for sector 1 and until the drafting of contracts for sector 2. In this sense, the elements expected from project management are the following: - The development of a preliminary project specifying the project on all technical, legal, and financial aspects, etc. - Development of a final preliminary project allowing the project to be validated on the basis of regulatory compliance and general technical and landscape provisions, expected duration and provisional cost estimate etc. - Assistance with the award of procurement and works contracts with the drafting of DCEs (CCTP in particular) and the analysis of offers verifying the conformity of the responses in relation to the established design and writing a document analyzing the responses. - Participation and management of the execution study phases and management and monitoring of works contracts, on an administrative, legal, operational and calendar level. - The MOE must also allow the city to pronounce reception and obtain the lifting of any reservations.
