Project management contract for the modernization of the premises of the ATABAL contemporary music center The project management mission (basic mission without EXE + additional missions (including diagnostic mission)) concerns the modernization project, reorganization and renovation of the current music room at the Atabal in Biarritz. The project includes an energy and environmental renovation of the building as well as the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof. Located in the area industrial of Iraty at the entrance to Biarritz and near the skate park, the building, designed by Maïté Rumeau and built in 2005, covers approximately 1, 500 m². This mainly involves expanding the capacity of the concert hall to 1, 200 spectators (700 to date), to add music rehearsal studios, to reorganize certain premises to create a room for 300 spectators, and to improve the environmental performance (energy and water) of the building, without deteriorating the acoustic quality existing. For the design and monitoring of the implementation of this operation, it is planned to award a project management contract with a team of architects and design offices.
