Published on: 2026-07-27 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-09-18 Subject: As part of the program to rebalance the bed of the Loire, a submersible structure was built in 2025 near the village of Bellevue (Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire). Its This implementation led to the movement of the navigable channel to the right bank, restricting navigation in the area. Thus, the crossing of the so-called “Bellevue” passage is carried out at tide when the flow rates are less than 950m3/s (level less than 0.74m at Montjean-sur-Loire) due to the narrowness of the channel, reduced anchorage and strong currents. River signage will therefore be put in place in the area in order to secure navigation. It will indicate in real time whether the sector is passable or not. The objectives of this contract are: - to carry out the preliminary project study (AVP), and the project study (PRO); - draft the technical and financial documents for the operational phase of the dynamic display, then assist the master work during the consultation of companies and the analysis of offers (ACT); - to support the project owner in the preparation, monitoring and acceptance of the work (VISA and DET); - To assist the project owner with reception operations and during GPA (AOR).
