Project management contract for the Extension renovation project in Nanterre The program provides for the reallocation of offices and the former RIE into a social center, PMI service, MDPH, support service for unaccompanied minors, etc. The entire building (including the crèche and the Ruban Bleu) will undergo interior renovation and decarbonization of energy production. It is a pilot operation in terms of ecological transition (low carbon and biodiversity), the tertiary decree 2040, or even 2050, will be reached. Connection to the RCU of La Défense and the use of renewable energies will be sought (installation of photovoltaic panels for example, etc.). The forecast envelope allocated to the work is estimated at 12.62 M euro(s) excluding tax (value December 2025). The start of the project management mission is estimated at January 2027. Work is estimated to start in November 2028.
