The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to provide project management assistance for the preliminary study program on the Loisne Amont. It is broken down into two lots: Lot n°1 Studies for the requalification of the dead arm of the Beuvry canal - outlet of the Loisne in the territory of the Béthune-Bruay urban community, Artois Lys Romane, for a maximum amount of 500, 000 Euros excluding VAT and Lot No. 2 Studies for the Limitation of contributions to the Cuinchy / Fontinettes reach canal - Watercourse of the Loisne in the territory of the Béthune-Bruay agglomeration community, Artois Lys Romane, for a maximum amount of 400, 000 Euros excluding tax. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 24 months from its date of notification.
