WORKS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE MISSION FOR CONSULTATION AND CITIZEN PARTICIPATION APPROACHES IN NICE ÉCOVALLÉE The purpose of this single-award framework agreement is to serve as a “PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT IN CONSULTATION, PARTICIPATION CITIZENSHIP AND CONTROL OF USE". The framework agreement will be executed by purchase orders. Consultation can no longer be considered as a succession of one-off actions or as a simple response to regulatory obligations. She must now be part of a continuous, structured and understandable approach, capable of supporting projects over time and giving meaning to the transformations underway.
