The purpose of this contract, project management assistance (AMO), is to: - Allow the Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie Agglomération to choose the appropriate type of maintenance and operating contract (DSP, service contract, etc.), - Provide a technical, legal and financial assistance to prepare the deadlines of the chosen contract, and implement the award of contracts - Study possible concessionary works on the future operation and maintenance contract, - Support the Urban community in the development of the pricing strategy.
