Published on: 2026-06-09 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-07-13 Subject: As part of this consultation, the CEA wishes to entrust the Holder with the mission of Project Management Assistance for Implementation Monitoring (AMOE-SR) for the future Support building for the LMJ Experiment Hall in the CESTA center, until receipt of works contracts. As part of this project management assistance mission, the services carried out entirely on the CESTA site relate to the following themes: • Scheduling, spatial and temporal coordination of works contracts, • Operation and management of project management processes (secretarial work, document management, Synthesis, BIM, DET, OPC, security, environment, etc.), • Management of the execution of IBS-A/B/C works contracts, • Monitoring of studies, • Monitoring of works, • Tests, OPR and acceptance of works. The CEA, as prime contractor, carried out the sketch and design studies of the installation, as well as drafting project specifications. The BSHE is a facility for maintaining and keeping the equipment in the LMJ experiment hall in operational conditions.
