The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a service provider as project management assistant for the drafting of a File of Intent and a Safety File with a view to requesting authorization to extend the lifespan of a Citadis 402 tram train designed by Alstom. This approach is necessary to guarantee the sustainability of the system and ensure its compliance with the environmental, technical and safety standards in force. The files must be drawn up with a view to the examination of this request with the OQA and the competent authorities (STRMTG), in accordance with the applicable regulations.
