202601 - 1 The purpose of this contract is to provide a Project Management Assistance (AMO) mission for the contracting authority in the conduct and monitoring of the operation, from the project planning phases, from the programming phases and planning until the expiration of the final guarantee period relating to the completion of the work on the transformation of the building of the former swimming pools of Louvain-la-Neuve, located rue du Castinia into a school building (Specialized Higher School of Arts in cinema, theater, television, radio) including administrative, technical and financial coordination within the framework of the Exceptional Investment Program of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Project management assistance consists of provide assistance and advice to the project owner on technical, regulatory, administrative, legal, economic and performance aspects during the completion of the project.
