In 2023, the Loire Department launched the feasibility study on the photovoltaic potential on 110 sites spread across the entire territory with a desire to generalize the deployment of photovoltaics and to mobilize local stakeholders in the framework of “Territorial Solidarity”. The result of this analysis made it possible to identify 10 sites with the highest photovoltaic potential. Again, in 2025, 15 sites were studied, including 3 in duplicate, i.e. 22 sites benefiting from a study. photovoltaic opportunity. Phased market, including a part with purchase orders for 5 additional days which can be broken down into half-days. The estimated start date for services is September 2026
