Tender Details

The Carre de Soie project is one of the major projects of the Lyon Metropolis. A project management assistance mission is necessary to support the general management of the project. The main missions of this market are to:

- Produce monitoring and vision methods and toolsoverview on the urban project, which will make it possible to raise awareness and disseminate the strategic points to the main contractors, directors and managers;

- Propose project structures and project management methods (organization, governance system, expertise ofcomplex assembly, advice, planning stabilization, structuring, etc.), for the services of the Metropolis, in conjunction with municipal services and operators, in a context of emergence of new operations and in the general management of the project.

- Report the progress of the projectterritory contributing to project reviews and project communication

Framework agreement for a period of 2 years, renewable once for 2 years. The minimum and maximum amounts are the same for each period. Minimum 50, 000 euros excluding VAT Maximum 150, 000 euros excluding VAT
