This framework agreement is a project management assistance contract relating to the urban integration of the Bus Bords de Marne operation in the municipalities of Fontenay-sous-Bois, Le-Perreux-sur-Marne, Neuilly-Plaisance, Neuilly-sur-Marne, Gournay-sur-Marne, Gagny and Chelles, whose purpose is to carry out evaluation, expertise and advisory missions concerning the urban integration of developments (dedicated road sectors and accompanying measures) in the design phase, execution studies, production and reception of works. The missions are similar to OQA missions but do not fall within the regulatory framework of standardized OQA missions. The areas of expertise of AMO Urban Integration concern: - Road developments and intersections: geometry, visibility, vertical and horizontal police signage, distribution of space, management of soft modes - Cycle facilities: geometry, visibility, horizontal and vertical signage - Intersections equipped with three-color light signaling: implementation of different signals, matrix of intersections, management of all flows, including bicycle lights - Insertion of the specific site into the urban environment: geometry taken into account in the management of flows, stations - The safety of all users of public spaces and in particular people with reduced mobility As a reminder, the BBM project is being implemented gradually, in two phases: - The p...
