Project management assistance market in phase programming and consultation assistance relating to the demolition-reconstruction or heavy renovation of GEEP-type school groups in the City of Marseille, on behalf of the Société Publique des Ecoles Marseillaises The present march is a intellectual services market, mixed with a fixed part and a unitary part executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Its purpose is to carry out missions in the programming phase and to assist with consultation with a view to carrying out major renovation projects, or demolition/reconstruction of GEEP schools in wave 4 of the Schools Plan, entrusted to SPEM. The unit price schedule (BPU) also provides for various one-off interventions linked to projects carried out by the Project Owner. This contract is a so-called "mixed" single-award contract composed as follows: A global and fixed part concerning the six sites for which the order has been stabilized. A part to purchase orders by price application units, for additional sites whose number of classes will be similar on average, and for one-off additional services. For the purchase order portion, the holder's interventions will be undertaken, as and when required, by the issuance of a purchase order by the Project Owner.
