AMO in terms of environmental compensation and de-artificialization in urban areas, land sobriety, preservation and restoration of urban soils AMO in terms of environmental compensation and de-artificialization in peri-urban areas or rural, ecological and land transition, preservation and restoration of soils in natural, agricultural and forestry areas The contract is a framework agreement concluded through an open call for tenders (Article R2124-2 1° - Public Procurement Code). THE contract refers to the CCAG Intellectual Services of March 30, 2021. Each contract is concluded for an initial duration of one year, from its date of notification or the date indicated therein. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times maximum for a period of one year, without its total duration exceeding 4 years.
