Project management - Construction of a multipurpose/broadcast room The City of Talence wishes to initiate the construction of cultural equipment allowing the broadcast of shows in multiple forms (theatre, dance or music) for professionals and amateurs with the aim of offering the population an environment conducive to living well together. The desire is to bring audiences together through the development of themes associated with live performance: amateur practices, artistic learning, professional creations, auditions… To this end, the stage - room relationship must be taken care of to facilitate the relationship between artists and audiences. Particular attention will be paid to the acoustics of the whole in all the required configurations. This room with a capacity of 450 people seated in show configuration must also be modular to transform into a banquet room (senior meals for example). The useful surface area is 1, 365 m². The envelope financial forecast allocated to the work by the project owner is estimated at €6, 234, 000 excluding tax or €7, 480, 800 including tax (Value in April 2026), excluding furniture and prior demolitions.
