Description : The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) is currently requesting quotations from skilled and qualified Contractors to serve as the SLRD-s Project Lead for the new business solution implementation of land management and permitting software being Tempest from CentralSquare Canada. This work would begin as soon as possible in December, 2020 and the implementation has an estimated timeline of 3 - 4 months. Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Project Lead: • Successfully implementing and integrating Tempest for SLRD building permitting and land management needs; • Manages / monitors project activities; • Prioritizes project tasks and coordinates all SLRD specific implementation tasks; • Gather and document business processes on building permitting and other SLRD land management activities from SLRD building and planning staff; • Translate the relevant business processes into technical requirements, including designs or data models if needed (as it relates to the land management software); • Responsible for resolving problems and escalating problems; • Liaise with SLRD staff and external vendor as needed; • Works with external vendors and communicates all material Project matters; • Complete (and / o...
