With the Street Drainage Information System (IS-STRE) project, the Civil Engineering Department of the Canton of Zurich (TBA) is pursuing the goal of mapping out today's, historically grown system landscape of street drainage through a uniform GIS-based specialist application to replace the basis of ArcGIS Enterprise. The new solution is intended to strengthen the TBA's data and process sovereignty, to digitally support the workflows between the office and the field without media disruption, and to provide central data storage based on the VSA-DSS 2020.1 data models and VSA-KEK 2020.1 enable.
