1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the CY 2026 Budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php207, 700.00), being the ABC, to payments under the contract for the lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Tuba now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is on August 13-14, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
