The Municipality of Tuba, through 20% Municipal Development Fund-Annual Budget CY 2026 approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TEN PESOS AND 23/100 (Php 999, 810.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF BELIS-TULIN FMR with Project Identification No. 2026-07-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
