The Municipality of Tuba, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos(Php250, 000.00) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NO. 2025-04-043(GOODS) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
