The Municipality of Tuba, through Annual Budget CY 2025 - 20% MDF, approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF TUBA WATER SYSTEM-PILOT PROJECT with Project Identification No. 2025-04-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
