The Project Will Be Constructed Per Gdot Specifications. The Contract Time Is 180 Calendar Days. There Will Be A Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting On March 26, 2024 At 10:00 A.m., In The Development Authority Conference Room At Their Office Located At 103 Roosevelt Dr, Valdosta, Georgia. The Development Authority Will Receive Sealed Proposals On This Project Until April 9, 2024 At 11:30 A.m., In The Development Authority Office, 103 Roosevelt Dr, Valdosta, Georgia, (229-259-9972) Where At Such Time And Place The Proposals Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. A 5% Bid Bond Is Required. All Bidders Shall Be Gdot Pre-qualified Contractors In The Appropriate Work Classes.
