Tenders are invited for Project Financial Audit

Objective of Financial Audit
The objective of the audit is to obtain an accurate and factual report on:
• Enable the auditor express an independent professional opinion on the financial position of RWC and ensure that the fund utilized to RWC's activities have been used for their intended purpose.
• The Books of account of RWC provide the basis for preparation of the RWC's financial statement. Proper books of accounts as required by law have been maintenance by RWC and also maintenance adequate internal control and supporting documentation for the transaction.

Scope of Work
1. Financial systems of the project,
2. Verify all funds have been used in accordance with the establish rules and regulation of RWC and only purpose for which the fund were provided.
3. Good work and service financed have been procured in accordance with the RWC establish rules and procedures.
4. Comprehensive assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of accounting and overall internal control system to monitor expenditure and other financial transaction.
5. Appropriate supporting document, records and books of accounts relating to all activities have been kept. Clear linkages should exist between the books of accounts and financial statement presented to.
6. Signatory and authorization responsibilities.
7. Financial reports, including status of the budget follow-up and financial reporting based on guidelines and instructions.
