IFC is supporting a Ukrainian sponsor ("Client") on the development of a greenfield float glass production plant in Ukraine ("Project"). The project represents a strategic opportunity to establish domestic float‑glass production capacity in Ukraine and to strengthen the resilience of the country-s construction and industrial supply chains. The Client is preparing the Project for equity raising and long‑term project finance debt, which requires a robust, transparent, project finance‑grade financial model to assess the viability, test capital‑structure options, and evaluate risks and sensitivities. This assignment will include two tasks: (i) Financial Model Development: develop a fully integrated project finance model suitable for use to structure a project financing; and (ii) Analytical Support for Financing Discussions: provide targeted analytical input to support financial structuring discussions, as requested by IFC.
