ICT Emmaues is looking for a supplier for the purchase and service of a project and portfolio management tool. The Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool will support ICT Emmaues in planning, executing and monitoring (IT) projects and portfolios. This tool contributes to the efficiency, collaboration and overall performance of our projects. We also wish to use the tool for time registration of ICT Emmaues employees.
In scope
•Licenses to use a PPM tool
•Consultancy to make configuration adjustments specifically for Emmaus
•Consultancy for migration of current tool and during upgrades
• Incidental support during implementation (possibly in escalation to the developer of the PPM tool).

The figures may evolve over time, but today ICT Emmaues has:
•A About 25 users (project leaders and management) with extensive project management rights
•40-tal gebruikers met beperkte rechten (projectmedewerkers)
•100 employees must have the opportunity to present ideas/project proposals.
Emmaues markets an agreement with initial term of 4 years, with the option of two extensions of 24 months.
