Project drafting services and subsequent construction management of the construction of the Clínic Health Campus - University of Barcelona The object of the contract “Project drafting services and subsequent construction management of the construction of the Campus of Salud Clínic-UB” will include the work necessary for its definition and technical development, among which the following are provided as a guide: The drafting of the architectural and engineering project in all its phases, as well as the construction management of the new Clínic-UB Health Campus. The necessary studies and work associated with the correct development of the technical project and subsequent management, if applicable. These studies and works may include, among others, the study of mobility simulation and feasibility of the parking lot, the demolition project, landscaping and internal urbanization project, the drafting of the derived urban planning and evaluation study of generated mobility, the definition, project and implementation direction aeronautics, energy simulations and certifications, sustainable building strategies and environmental certification systems (LEED or equivalent), telecommunications and critical infrastructures, acoustics, coordination of equipment, the humanization project, constructive innovation, constructability and economic control, as well as tasks related to legalizations, authorizations and licenses.
