The subject of the performance of the public contract is the detailed processing of project documentation - technical studies, in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, as amended and its implementing decrees, as well as in accordance with the Directive of the Ministry of Transport for documentation of road construction approved under ID No. MD-23142/2022-930/2, dated 07/12/2022, with effect from 08/01/2022, to the extent of Decree No. 227/2024 Coll. of 19 June 2024, as amended, and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. of 12/05/2016, as amended. The subject of the public contract is a proposal for measures to remove the accident site ID 56 - in Karlovy Vary, Staré Rola. This is Závodu Míru street, road II/220 at the station approx. 1.61 km - 1.83 km. The length of the treated section is approx. 220 m. The beginning of the section is before the intersection with the local road - Svobodova street, the end of the section is before the crossing with the railway line in front of the bridge no. 220 - 003. Modernization of the crossing with the railway line and modernization of the bridge ev. no. 220 - 003 are no longer the subject of this order. In this location not only undirected traffic areas are problematic, but also the parking solution, which often worsens the view conditions at exits from properties, parking lots or pedestrian crossings.
