The subject of the public contract "Project documentation - new medical care pavilion; engineering, author's supervision" is the updating of the existing study, the development of complete project documentation for a building permit (DSP) and documentation for construction including itemized budget and statement of measurements (DPS) and the provision of other services and services incl. copyright supervision, engineering activities to secure construction permits. The project documentation will be prepared in the scope and manner determined by the relevant applicable laws regulations, especially Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended, and Proclamation No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation.
