Project documentation - Multi-functional house in Jesenice The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereafter also VZ) is in particular: a) processing of project documentation, including related services for the event: "Project documentation Polyfunctional house in Jesenice", demolition of all of objects located on land plot number st. 3/1 and plot number 106 in the cadastral territory of Jesenice near Prague, including all cellars and sheds and project documentation of the new construction of a multi-functional house in Jesenice according to a study prepared by Kamil Mrva Architects, s.r.o. with registered office at Záhumenní 1358, 742 21 Kopřivnice (further also project documentation). The project documentation will be processed for the issuance of a project permit in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (building Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Building Act), b) research and preparatory work necessary for the proper processing of project documentation, c) processing of documentation for planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings and the new construction of a multi-functional building in Jesenice, d) engineering activities related to the discussion of the plan and securing the permit for the plan, e) processing of documentation for the execution of the construction for the demolition and new construction of a multi-functional building, f) preparation of a list of works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements and inspection budget, g) processing of selected outputs in the BIM environment, to the extent specified in the work contract h) provision of cooperation and technical assistance in the procurement procedure for the selection of a contractor according to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on procurement...
