The subject of the order is: Development of design documentation together with author's supervision as part of the investment task entitled: Thermal modernization and necessary modernization works of the Arabian Villas building in the Municipal Zoo. them. Antonina and Jan Abiski in Warsaw.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) Development of design documentation, including: a) Initial Materials; b) Construction Design; c) Executive Designs; d) Visualizations; e) Technical Specifications for Works Execution and Acceptance (STWiOR);f) Bills of quantities;g) Investor cost estimates;h) preparation of the application and obtaining the final decision on the construction permit.2) Performing author's supervision over the implementation of works covered by the Project Documentation. 3.
