The purpose of the present is a project competition, in two phases, with the intervention of a jury for the selection of the architectural proposal for the new buildings and urbanization of the ALBA II project and the award through negotiated procedure without publicity of the subsequent service contract for the drafting of the basic project, the executive project, the technical assistance of the works, as well as the construction management and execution management of the construction works of the three (3) new buildings, the transportation structures of the light lines, the urbanization, and obtaining an activity license from CELLS.
