Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Project Building Information Modelling (BIM) Term Services Batch 2017 for Central BIM Services and Supports.

Tenders for ONE Service Agreement for providing BIM Services for central services and
supports (2018 - 2020) are hereby invited. Tender documents are obtainable from the Business
Information Technology Unit (Construction) / Development and Construction Division (DCD),
7/F, Block 1, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Kowloon.
The major scope of services includes but is not limited to the following:-
(a) To update and further develop parts of the Housing Authority Building
Information Modelling Standards and Guidelines 2017;
(b) To coach a project team in DCD on BIM implementation;
(c) To monitor BIM deliverables of other project teams in DCD;
(d) To assist on statutory submission of Drainage Plan and Superstructure Plan with
BIM;
(e) To perform miscellaneous BIM tasks;
(f) To conduct BIM briefing that may be ordered in the course of the Agreement; and
(g) To carry other un-named tasks that may be added in the course of the Agreement.
All service providers interested to tender should attend a tender briefing session to be
convened on 24 August 2018. Only those service providers who have collected the tender
invitation letter and the tender document will be informed of the time and venue of the tender
briefing session.
Tenders must be clearly marked with tender reference and be submitted according to the
envelope arrangement described in the tender invitation letter, and reach the Hong Kong Housing
Authority before the time as specified in the tender document in one of the following ways:
(1) be deposited personally in the Hong Kong Housing Authority Tender Box located at
Ground Floor, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street,
Kowloon, Hong Kong; or
(2) be sent by post or courier to: The Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, c/o Receipt
& Despatch Unit, The Hong Kong Housing Authority, Basement 1, Block 2, Housing
Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
