Tenders are invited for Project to Build a School for the Blind

To receive the tender documents for an amount and capacity of ( 20000 ) twenty thousand Yemeni riyals, which are not refundable.
Contractors and qualified companies who have previously worked in the same field and who wish to enter this tender must submit their written requests to obtain the documents for the tender, during official working hours to the headquarters of the Yemeni Society for the Care of the Blind to the address:
Capital Secretariat - Sana'a - Directorate of Unity Kentucky Round West Ring Road - next to Bharat Shaheen.
To receive the tender documents for an amount and capacity of ( 20000 ) twenty thousand Yemeni riyals, which are not refundable.
Conditions and instructions to be met:
1- The contractor must attach a copy of the valid identification documents for each of:
(personal card, tax card, commercial register, zakat card, insurance card, license to practice the profession) with attaching at least three previous contracting contracts.
2- The contractor must attach to the bid a check acceptable to pay or a letter of bank guarantee in the amount of 2.5% as an unconditional initial guarantee.
3- The bidder shall visit the project site before submitting the bid and shall bear the responsibility not to visit the site.
4- The bidder must sign and stamp all bid documents.
5- The validity of the bid should be (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes.
6- The contractor shall deliver the tender paper copies, wrapped and sealed with red wax, on which are written the name of the project, the tender number, the name and address of the bidder and his telephone number to the headquarters of the association.
7- The contractor must abide by the specifications specified in the project documents (brochure).
8- The last date for receiving the bid is within two weeks from the date of the announcement.
9- The envelopes will be opened at the association's headquarters in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official signed and sealed authorization.
10- The winner of the bid shall be obligated to bring a bank guarantee according to what is referred to above as soon as he is officially notified of his winning of the bid, the amount of which is 10%, within a period not exceeding one week from the date of the notification.
