Project author for the development of the Orient site Purpose of services: Project author for the development of the Orient site Comment: The mission concerns the design and monitoring of the developments of the Parc de l-Orient on the quarries site at Tournai, as part of the FEDER project aimed at the requalification of the Orient site and its reconnection to the City. The project author will be responsible for translating the peri-urban and landscape ambitions into a coherent, sustainable and achievable project, while respecting the functional and land constraints of the site. The project author will be designated for a complete mission from design to execution monitoring, receptions and warranty monitoring. The mission of the project author includes all the ordinary services, including services in the areas of design, stability, infrastructure and signage design. The service providers necessary for the mission include the following: At the stage of selection: Landscaper or urban planner for the design and treatment of public spaces, parking lots and landscaped areas Architect registered with the order for the design of the service building and overall coordination At the stage of the attribution: Stability engineer for the reception building and lime kilns.
