Project for the access of forest stands to OZ Gemer Description: the scope of the contract is the forest road Karafova - Skalica, reconstruction of the old earthen forest road with local strengthening to a forest road of category 2L 4.0/30, i.e. with a free width of the road crown of 4.0 m on a straight section and with widening in directional arcs forwheelbase of the rigs 9 m. The current damage to the roadway of the forest road is mainly the track deformation, which was repeatedly backfilled with unsorted limestone and silty waste from the quarry in Tisovec. The construction of the road on the old forest road is proposed according to the damage of individual sections of the road. Flood dthe formed road with tracks will be stabilized with crushed aggregate fr. 125 mm by building a protective part of the road with a thickness of 200 mm, then the rest of the road is reprofiled with a milling machine to a depth of 100 mm and the base layer is strengthened with triaxial ge reinforcementnetwork and underlying layers of strkodrina in two fractions of 32-63 mm hr=100 mm for wedging the aggregate into a triaxial polypropylene geogrid. Above it, place a tree trunk fr=0-32 hr=50 mm across the entire width of the plane and at the point of the turnout and headland turns. Next, both straw layers are profiled with a graderm and compacted with a vibrating roller sprinkled with water to min. bearing capacity Edef2 60 MPa. A 150 mm thick abrasive layer of MSK mineral-reinforced aggregate is considered a finisher as a new abrasive unconsolidated layer of min. from three fractions of aggregate with a closed grain size curve mixed in the mixing center or inmanufacture of slag and asphalt mixtures, corresponds to STN EN 13 285 and STN 73 6126 and aggregate STN 13242 A1. The optimal amount of water is determined by Proctor's modified test according to STN 13286-2. It is then compacted with a vibrating roller. Transverse drainage is ensured by a one-sided transverse slope of 4% at approxin sections and a one-sided central slope of 4-6% in the directional arc.
