Project A0113035 - Optimizing influent WWTP Neeroeteren This project broadly includes the following works: - Preparatory works: temporary site road, preparing the site zone for construction. - Temporarily pipe watercourse di 700 mm. - Temporary water management with above-ground temporary pressure pipe with portal over the roadway. The flow rate to be pumped is 475 l/s. - Demolition of existing screw pumping station with superstructure. - Construction of an open pumping station in reinforced concrete in a watertight construction pit with secant piles and underwater concrete, depth class 5 h = 6 m. - supply and installation of pump station accessories: descent ladder with platform, walkway elements, handrails, etc. - installation and connection of 4 frequency-controlled pumps of +/- 287.5 l/s with separate above-ground pressure pipes and each equipped with its own flow meter. - supply and install electromechanical pump station accessories including: wall valve, rectangular check valve, influent well measurements. - adjusting the inflow room of the wwtp: concrete works, handrails and slatted floor. - supply and installation of 2 new fine screens and 1 screen material discharge screw. - provide new measurements for the mechanical purification. - supply and install prefab low-voltage cabin. - supply and installation of a new low-voltage switchgear for the influent pumping station and the mechanical purification. - new outgoing group in the existing alsb for the new low-voltage panel. - adaptation works in the existing alsb: electrical demolition of the old compo...
