The project is in an early phase and is at the intersection between programming and regulatory work. The work on regulatory change of Plan no. 143, part of the Sivdam area, Bryne has started, and it is planned for a final decision in February/March 2027. It is planned to carry out the project as a turnkey contract with an interaction phase, where the tenderer must deliver sketch proposals as part of the competition. Several advisers have already been engaged (RiB, ARK, LARK, biological diversity, RIA, geotechnics and environmental engineering) to prepare central premises for the regulatory work, including volume sketches, assessment of reuse and re-use, outdoor solutions, ground conditions and environmental technical investigations.
