INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECT # 26-049 PROCUREMENT OF BALER WASTE COMPACTOR MACHINE - CENRO
1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the Annual Budget-5% LDRRMF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for PROJECT # 26-049 PROCUREMENT OF BALER WASTE COMPACTOR MACHINE - CENRO.4 Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) CD upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
