1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the Annual Budget-20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 4, 999, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for PROJECT # 26-048 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FERTILIZER (FARM MECHANIZATION AND AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT PROGRAM) - CITY AGRICULTURE OFFICE.4 Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) CD upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
