INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECT # 26-036 CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL - BRGY. BAGUIO, TAYABAS CITY
1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the Annual Budget - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Four and 01/100 Pesos (Php 7, 999, 664.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for PROJECT # 26-036 CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL - BRGY. BAGUIO, TAYABAS CITY.4 Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Sixty-Eight (268) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
